Tao Calligraphy Chinese Character Break Down for 45 Sacred Calligraphies — 16, Tao Sheng Yi, Tian Yi Zhen Shui, Jin Jin Yu Ye, Yan Ru Dan Tian
Part 16 of 45
In this video Master Sha teaches us how to write the sacred phrase TAO SHENG YI (Tao Creates One), TIAN YI ZHEN SHUI (Heaven’s Unique Sacred Liquid), JIN JIN YU YE (Mother Earth’s Sacred Liquid), YAN RU DAN TIAN (Swallow into the Lower Dan Tian) in Mandarin Chinese and also in Yi Bi Zi Style.
These four sacred phrases are a key to building one’s Jin Dan, which is a key Tao practice for rejuvenation, longevity, and moving toward immortality. Tian yi zhen shui and jin yu ye meld with saliva in the mouth, and must then be swallowed into the lower abdomen. The lower abdomen is the center for energy, stamina, vitality, and immunity.
Follow along with Master Sha to learn the structure and components of each traditional Chinese character and how to translate and connect them when writing the same word in Yi Bi Zi (one-stroke) writing.
